Support
Talk to a person.
Email [email protected] and you will get a reply from someone who can see your order. We answer within one business day.
If you do not recognise a charge
Charges from us appear on a card statement as BRIGHTLEADS. We sell lists of US local-service businesses as a CSV file, bought either outright or with credits.
If that is not something you or someone on your team bought, email us before you contact your bank. Send the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. We will find the order and, if it was not yours, refund it the same day. A refund is faster than a chargeback and it does not cost you the wait.
If records in your file were wrong
Report them within 14 days and we credit them back, up to 20% of the order. You can do it from the purchase in your account, or on the report a problem page if you bought without an account.
If you cannot get into your account
Use reset your password. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam, then email us and we will confirm which address the account is under.
If you bought without an account
Your download link was emailed to you and stays valid for 12 months. You can also look it up by email. Creating a free account afterwards folds the purchase into your history so you never buy those records twice.
If your business is in our data and you want it out
Use remove my business. We suppress the record as soon as the request arrives, before anyone reviews it. Website owners asking about our checker want the verifier page.
Billing and plans
Cards, invoices and cancellation live in billing. Credits bought in a pack expire 12 months after purchase. Subscription credits roll over while you are subscribed and expire 60 days after you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your purchase history and downloads intact.
