1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bright Enterprises Technologies LLC, Pennsylvania. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
2. What we collect from you
We collect only what the site needs to work and to reply to you:
- Contact and sign-up forms: your name, email address, business name if you give one, the industry and state you buy in, and your message.
- Purchases and accounts: your email address, purchase history, credit balance, and the filters you used. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, kept for security and to keep the service running.
- Mobile phone number, only if you choose to give it to us for support, account messages, or text alerts you opt in to.
We do not use advertising trackers. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and disclosed here.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your message and provide what you asked for.
- To deliver purchases, issue receipts, and keep your purchase history.
- To send the text messages you have opted in to (see section 4).
- To protect the site from abuse, fraud, and scraping.
- To meet legal obligations, including keeping records of license acceptance and of your messaging consent.
We do not sell information about our website visitors or customers to anyone.
4. Text messages (SMS)
Phone numbers you provide to us are used only to send the messages you agreed to: replies about your account, orders, or support requests, and — only if you checked the text-alerts box on our sign-up form — marketing messages about new records and offers. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to anyone.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Our full SMS Policy has the details.
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the site — hosting, email delivery, text-message delivery, payment processing, and file storage — and only what each one needs to do its job. They are not permitted to use your information for anything else. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Contact-form messages: until resolved, then up to 12 months. Purchase, license-acceptance, and messaging-consent records: for as long as the law and our payment processor require, because they are our evidence in a dispute. Server logs: 90 days.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the version number at the top changes with it and the previous version stays available on this site.
